The National Center for Health Research’s “Spreading the Word” project (2018-2021) connected journalists, researchers, and medical experts to effectively explain and disseminate important medical research information from new studies. This PCORI-funded initiative included workshops, teleconferences, and training webinars designed to improve communication of clinical effectiveness research (CER).
